Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you fill out or submit a form on our website — such as the tour request form, registration form, consulting inquiry form, or “Have a Question?” form — we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your child’s name, age, or program interest
• Any message or question you write

The registration form may save your progress for a short time as you type. If you stop before submitting, Spark Academy may use the contact information you entered to offer help completing your request. Partial registration details are kept in short-lived website storage for operational follow-up and are not added to our permanent enrollment records unless you complete the form.

If the tour form identifies a missing or incorrectly formatted field, the name, email, and phone values entered may be kept in access-controlled operational storage for up to 24 hours and shown only on Spark Academy’s password-protected dashboard. These attempts are not emailed as tour requests and automatically expire.

When you explicitly submit a tour request or question, the completed details are saved in short-lived, access-controlled recovery storage for up to seven days while delivery is confirmed. This protects your request during a temporary email, verification, or network outage and gives Spark Academy a secure recovery inbox. Completed forms are also sent directly to Spark Academy via email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, help with an incomplete request, or process a registration. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information through the services described below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as:

• Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
• How you found our site (search engine, social media, direct visit)
• Advertising attribution details, such as campaign tags and Google click identifiers
• Your general location (city level — not your address or zip code)
• Your device type (phone, tablet, desktop) and browser

Most analytics data is reviewed in aggregate. When you submit a form, we may associate the campaign source with your inquiry so we can understand which outreach led to it. Our first-party attribution cookie and separate click-identifier audit record expire after 90 days; the source label included in the inquiry notification may be retained as part of Spark Academy’s ordinary correspondence. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics and our first-party attribution system use cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Spam Protection

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects information about your interaction with our site to determine whether you are a human visitor. This service is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Hosting & Email

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are delivered via Resend, an email delivery service. These services may process your data as part of delivering our website and emails to you. Both services maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your tour requests, questions, and consulting inquiries
• Offer help when a tour request or registration form is started but not completed
• Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
• Measure which advertising and outreach efforts lead to inquiries
• Protect our forms from spam

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose other than what is described above.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is designed for parents and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent submits their child’s name or age through a form, that information is used only to respond to the parent’s inquiry about enrollment.
